This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Kite Star Tourism may reimburse amounts paid for our services. Please read it carefully before booking or submitting a visa application.
1. General Principles
- Refund eligibility depends on the product booked and the supplier's cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation.
- Visa application fees and service charges are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to immigration authorities.
- Rejected visas due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, or ineligibility are not grounds for a refund of government or service fees unless required by law.
2. Activities, Tours & Packages
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may qualify for a full refund, subject to supplier terms.
- Cancellations within 24–12 hours may receive a partial refund (typically 50%).
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure are generally non-refundable.
- No-shows and late arrivals may result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.
